Shipping

Your order will be delivered within 1 to 2 business days in the Netherlands with PostNL. ( shipping outside the Netherlands. can take a few days longer ) As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a link to track your order. Shipping outside the Netherlands can take a few days longer.

We ship our products with PostNL. We ship our products in an envelope or in a parcel, depending on the number of items you have ordered. Above 50,00 euros we do not charge shipping costs within the Netherlands. For products that cannot go through a letterbox and therefore need to be shipped with PostNL Parcel service, we charge 4.95 instead of 6.95. For products that can go through a letterbox, the shipping costs will be 2.95.

For Belgium We charge 6.95 for shipping. Above 100,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
For Germany We charge 6.95 for shipping. Above 100,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
For France We charge 12,50 for shipping. Above 125,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
For Luxembourg We charge 9,50 for shipping. Above 125,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
For England We charge 12,50 for shipping. Above 125,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
For Spain We charge 13,50 for shipping. Above 140,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
For Italy We charge 13,50 for shipping. Above 140,00 euro we do not charge shipping costs
for the other countries in Europe we charge 15 euro shipping costs. And free shipping from 200 euros

Returns, cancellations and exchanges

If you have received a product that is defective, you should notify us. You can do this by mail: info@hindienbindi.nl

At Hindi & Bindi there is the possibility to be refunded if your purchase does not meet your expectations for any reason. When you return a product that you have purchased, we will refund the full purchase amount including the original shipping costs back to your bank account. However the shipping costs for the return parcel will be for your own account.

The amount will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after the product has been delivered to us.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be refunded the full purchase amount including shipping costs. However the shipping costs for the return parcel will be for your own account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to us with all accessories included and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right of withdrawal, please contact us at info@hindienbindi.nl. We will then refund the order amount within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

You have 14 calendar days to return the product without providing a reason, starting on the day of delivery. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product.

Under the following conditions:

1. The return shipment must always be notified by e-mail 24 hours in advance.
2. The returned products need to be unused, undamaged and in its original packaging. They also need to be properly packaged and shipped with sufficient postage.
3. The buyer will either receive a new product or will be refunded the purchase price of that particular product.
4. Unstamped or insufficiently stamped mail items will not be accepted by Hindi & Bindi, regardless of the reason for their return.
5. Amounts already paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days.

A product cannot be exchanged or returned if:

• The product is no longer in its original packaging.
• If products are damaged, used or incomplete.
• If the product is specially ordered and/or requested by you
