Complaints procedure

It is unfortunate if you happen to have a complaint about our products or services. Nevertheless, we kindly ask you to pass on your complaint to us. This can be done by e-mail or by telephone. We will review the complaint and come up with a solution that is to everyone’s satisfaction.

We will answer your complaint within 14 days after receipt, if we need more time, we will let you know.

We recommend that you first report complaints to us by email info@hindienbindi.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation with Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint with the European Union platform.
